By car: coming both from South or North, leaving the motorway A3 between Lauria Nord tollbooth in Basilicata and Spezzano Terme tollbooth in Calabria, you can reach many villages linked by SS 19 road that cross the park area.
By the Tyrrhenian coast in Calabria, along the SS 18 road from Tortora to Belvedere Marittimo you can cross many roads going towards the countryside such as SS 504 from Scalea to Papasidero and Mormanno (passing through Santa Domenica) and SS 105 from Belvedere Marittimo to Francavilla Marittima.
By the ionic coast (SS 106) you should take the SS 92. Coming from the north-east ionic coast, just after Policoro, you can take SS 653 "Fondovalle Sinnica" to get to Valsinni in Valsarmento or, overtaking Monte Cotugno lake, you can go on reaching Frido valley. Carrying on the same way and crossing Latronico thermal area you can reach the motorway at Lauria Nord tollbooth.
